Army Watercraft Systems (AWS) Systems Technical Support (STS) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

UPDATE: The Government established floor rates at the base direct rate level, prior to the application of any indirect costs and fee.The Product Manager, Army Watercraft Systems (PdM AWS), Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to release a solicitation for Systems Technical Support (STS) as identified in the Market Survey.  This advance notice is a Request for Information (RFI) on establishing floor rates on the upcoming Solicitation. The Government is seeking feedback from industry on the attached floor rates.Please review the attached material and provide comments or any concerns specific with the floor rates provided within the Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.There will be NO Q&A period for this market research; though any comments received will be considered regarding any finalization of the attached documents prior to the release of the Solicitation.
