The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain a Patient Support Program through existing VA s Vet Link system. These tools will be reconfigured to support walk-in patients , requests to ancillary services and workflow needs of scheduled service areas. Period of performance: 03/01/2023 TO 02-28-2028 Basic description of the requirement: Vecna Technologies, Inc. is the original developer and manufacturer of the software and hardware for the VetLink Kiosk System for the Veterans Administration (VA). Vecna has one (1) authorized Distributor other than itself. That authorized distributor is Minuteman Technology Services, LLC, a certified SDVOSB with whom Vecna has partnered on several engagements. Minuteman Technology Services , LLC is qualified and authorized to provide services in support of the VetLink Kiosk System.
