It is the intension of the City to invite qualified and experienced Proponents to provide preventive inspections and maintenance programs for Overhead Door Inspection and Maintenance for the City-owned facilities.The Successful Proponent will carry out Overhead Door Inspection and Maintenance Services partially as described herein and partially proposed in their Proposals in conjunction with the City’s designate.This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
