PURPOSE City of Kingsland is seeking a relationship with a qualified and experienced organization to provide Merchant Services. Merchant Services Provider must be able to interface with Tyler Technologies (Incode Utility Billing, Cashiering, Centralized Collections) and with Harris Computer (tax software). The City is seeking a vendor to enable its customers to electronically process all consumer credit card and debit card payments made across multiple payment environments, including through, Point of Sale and recurring draft. To aid in the success of each deployment, the vendor will provide professional services for project management, systems integration and payment optimization and will work with the City’s back office systems, specifically Tyler Technologies and Harris Computer to provide an easy transition and implementation process.
