Isabella Permanent Operations Building

The Isabella Dam requires complete construction of the Permanent Operations Buildings. This requirement is to construct a series of single-story structures which consist of the Administration Building (3,597 GSF), Maintenance Shop (2,108 GSF), Flammable Storage Shed(400 GSF) and a Storage Shed (4,181 GSF). This will consist of providing and installation/construction of the new freestanding construction of the Administration Building, as w ell as the other three (3) buildings which will be prefabricated buildings, to include new water and firesuppression lines and perform all site work for the construction of all utilities and connections to the public utilities points of access.
