Sole Source Requirement with Hi Tech Business Systems for WASP Barcoding Software and Training

THIS REQUIREMENT IS ADVERTISED AS SOLE SOURCE. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The Government will not pay for any information received.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. must be filled in and returned with your quote to be considered for award. ****The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a Sole Source (SS) basis to Hi Tech Business Systems, Inc. 8098 Sandpiper Circle, Suite F, Nottingham, Maryland 21236-4928.The contractor shall provide: A. Exclusive HI-TECH Military Version "COMPLETE" WASP Asset Cloud OP - 5 Users Included, Qty 1B. 10 Hours HI-TECH Sr. Expert Remote Kick-Off, Custom Reports (Level 1) and Custom Database, Qty 1C.
