Wake Tech Community College Bid #130-WTCC9149C NOTICE TO TRADE SUBCONTRACTORS BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST For the Wake Tech General Education Building 1 and Student Services Monteith Construction is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the Wake Tech General Education Building and Student Services project, NCCS#2302. We will be accepting prequalifications for all upcoming bid packages and trades as listed on the prequalification form. ~110,000GSF first General Education Building at the Eastern Wake Site, to provide classroom and student services building, including general chemistry and biology labs, physics labs, student services spaces, auditorium, library, and individualized learning areas. Prequalification due dates: Phase 1 – Early Package prequals due by March 16, 2022 Early Package include bid packages like Building concrete, Structural Steel, Elevators, and Roofing. Phase 2 – Core and Shell Packages

prequal due by April 10, 2022 Packages include bid packages like Masonry, Metal Panels and Composite Siding, Air Barrier/Waterproofing/Caulking, Fireproofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glass/Glazing, Overhead Doors, Solar, Mechanical, Electrical/Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Tele data, Sitework/earthwork/Utility, Landscaping, Pavers, and Fencing. Phase 3 – Remaining Interior Packages prequal due by April 10, 2022 Final packages include bid packages like General Trades, Millwork, Drywall/Framing/Rough Carpentry, Ceiling, Terrazzo Flooring, Flooring, Tile, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Lab Equipment, and Window Treatment.
