Ohno Construction invites your firm to submit a bid for the following project: Burke-Gilman Playground Park Improvements City of Seattle PW#2021-039 Project Description: Renovation of the east side of the Burke Gilman Playground Park, approximately 70,000 square feet of the park will be improved. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, earthwork, vertical concrete, asphalt and concrete pavement, wet and dry utilities including lighting, building renovations, playground installation, planting, and irrigation. Site will be regarded for ADA; comfort station will be renovated to provide 3 ADA restroom stalls with adult changing tables, along with new community room. The improvements consist of new playground equipment, planting, bioretention facilities, art, signage, pedestrian lighting, picnic shelter, and overlook. Additive #1: Tree house structure Additive #2: Awnings Additive #3: SPF Contracted Features Location: Burke-Gilman Park, 5201 Sand Point Way NE Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The
pre-bid will be scheduled for Tuesday, November 15th @1:30pm, and Friday, November 18th @ 10:30am RFI: Email questions to estimating@ohnoconstruction.com by Tuesday, November 29th @ 3:00pm Engineers Estimate: $2,868,271 ADD #1: $90,941 ADD #2: $59,036 ADD #3: $34,750 Schedule: Substantially Complete with 150 working days of the Notice to Proceeded Physically Complete with 180 working days of the Notice to Proceed This project is subjected to Prevailing Wage Subcontractors/suppliers who are MWBE Certified are encouraged to submit a bid.
