NUMBER: PT3608 Nature of Work/Contract Title: Audit Services Description of Work: The Minnesota Zoological Garden seeks proposals from independent accounting firms licensed under Minnesota Statutes, Section 326A.05, to audit the Minnesota Zoological Garden’s annual financial statements in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 85A.02, subd. 5c. While the Zoo is an executive branch state agency, this audit is prepared solely on the Zoo’s financial statements separate from the State of Minnesota’s Annual Consolidated Financial Statement. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from October 2021 through September 2022, with the option to extend up to an additional four years in increments determined by the State.
