The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to ESRI Global, Inc. for the procurement of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) professional GIS services from ESRI corporation for application development support, installation, and configuration of CJMTK/ArcGIS software tools that will interface DCGS-N Inc 2 with the CJMTK ArcGIS server. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
