6835--FY24 Medical Grade Gases Rental (San Juan)

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Orlando Contracting Office intends to solicit an acquisition for a rental of filled medical-grade gas cylinders for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan Puerto Rico, and St. Croix VA Clinic in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this acquisition is 325120, with a related size standard of 1,200 employees. The proposed action is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract, which will be advertised as a total small business set aside. The solicitation will be posted on or about 04/08/2024, via Opportunities website via Sam.gov. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copy solicitation will be mailed.
