This is a Notice of Intent for RFQ 70US0918Q70090264 for a brand name sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for one (1) Cohbam Aeroflex Radio Test Set. The Government intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Motorola Solutions (DUNS No: 069373090). Motorola Solutions is currently providing specialized programming training to the United States Secret Service, and a sole source award is required for this procurement in order to maintain compatibility, functionality, and reduce operational downtime. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS Code) is 334220. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the brand name product that must be compatible with Motorola equipment as detailed herein. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee this requirement to become a competitive procurement.
