The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation including potential 4(f) involvement, all Permits (if needed), Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Geotechnical Services, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and

R/W Staking) if needed, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required if needed, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Pavement Design and Real Estate Acquisition Services for these projects. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
