× Project: Exterior Painting & Sealing Improvements at Lois Allen Elementary School Project #: 24-74-B-02-AA Scope of Work: Scope of Work: Paint all exterior surfaces including but not limited to soffits, steel framework, door/jambs, window frames, louvers, cages, and roof accessories. Seal all exterior masonry. Exclude painting of prefinished surfaces. Clean, prep, and caulk prior to application of coatings. Perform soffit repairs as noted. Install new building decals. Work is limited to the main building and trash enclosures. Sealed bids for the Exterior Painting & Sealing Improvements at Lois Allen Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on April 2, 2024.
