VAULT PUMPING SERVICES FOR BLM - NORTHWEST OREGON DISTRICT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5719Q0031 - Vault Pumping Services for BLM-OR is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 562219 (Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal) with a size standard of $41.5M Average Gross Annual Receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
