Baker, City Manager Description: The City of Berry Hill, Tennessee (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) soliciting qualified proposals to provide the City with an improved and expanded public park including a new community building, stage, and outdoor performance venue at Columbine Park, located at the intersection of Columbine Place and East Iris Drive, in Berry Hill. Proposed renovations to the Park include upgraded infrastructure and the addition of a new, state-of-the-art, approximately 1,400 square foot multipurpose community building, stage, and outdoor performance venue to support the creative arts, music, and entrepreneurial culture rooted in the City of Berry Hill and to provide meeting space for governmental and community meetings.
