Description

Scope of Services
The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in operating vending machines at various City facilities. The current facilities in need are the Civic Center (2 machines), Central Library (2 machines), Utilities Yard (1 machine) and Police Department (3 machines). The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed three (3) year contract term with an option for two one-year renewals upon approval.

The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to any network, internet, or any other technical problem or interruption. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is received before the stated deadline.
