Notice of Utility Tariff FilingsThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Doyon Utilities, LLC (DU) filed revenue requirement studies for its heat, wastewater, water, and electric utilities on Fort Greely, Alaska (TA14-717, TA14-718, TA14-719, and TA9-720 respectively), based on a 2020 test year. DU has requested that the Commission immediately suspend the tariff filings and approve the following interim and refundable rate changes, equal to the requested permanent rate changes, to be effective by October 15, 2021 or no later than November 1, 2021:

With TA14-717, an increase of 3.0183 percent to its heat rates, from $427,159 per month to $440,053 per month;

With TA14-718, an increase of 5.0585 percent to its wastewater rates, from 91,927 per month to $96,578 per month;

With TA14-719, a decrease of 9.7801 percent to its water rates, from $168,497 per month to $152,018 per month; and,

With TA9-720, a decrease of 5.0029
percent to its electric rates, from $284,928 per month to $270,673 per month. With these filings, DU has filed motions to establish the interest rate that would be applicable to refunds on the interim and refundable rate increases and motions to establish a procedural schedule. Finally, DU has requested that the Commission invite its customer, the Department of Defense, to participate as a party in proceedings related to these matters.This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification, which varies from that proposed.
