Solicitation Reference #: 22-316-20Title: Wetland Assessment Tool ProjectAvailable Date: 11/22/2021Due Date: 12/16/2021 2:00:00 PMBid Synopsis: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for this project. To develop wetland functional assessment tool(s) that can be used in Wisconsin and Minnesota to assist in wetland regulatory implementation and for other wetland conservation and planning purposes as applicable. Both states have outdated wetland functional assessment tools that do not adequately serve current wetland regulatory program needs. The goal is to develop the tool(s) jointly. The final product or products from this initiative may differ for each state because of differences in regulatory programs and ecological communities. However, the effort will focus on developing tools for both states that are based on the same scientific, technical, and organizational underpinnings.
The project will roughly run for 3 years, ending September 30, 2024, unless granted an EPA grant extension.Agency Contact:
