The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies for HIV and HCV screening and linkage, and HCV treatment and navigation services for clients in Narcotic Treatment Programs (NTP) and Medication For Addiction Treatment (MAT) Programs. Proposers may apply for Component A (HIV/HCV Testing & HCV Treatment Services), Component B (HCV Navigation Services), or Components A and B. NOTE: The City is looking for an agency to oversee both Component A and Component B services and as such Proposers that apply for both Components A and B will receive priority. Whether a firm/Proposer has such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in Section III of the RFP.
