On 01 September 2021, Berry Aviation, Inc. (BAI) was awarded a task order, HTC71121FR053, for performance of fixed-wing airlift services (NAICS 481211), to include passenger, cargo, casualty evacuation and personnel recovery, in North and West Africa under its Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, fixed-priced type contract HTC71120DR006 within the Worldwide Airlift Services Program - 135. Base period of performance is from 15 September 2021 through 14 September 2022. Task order includes four one-year option periods and the option to extend services for an additional six months, for a potential end date of 14 Feb 2027. The BAI task order was awarded under an exception to fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), as described in the attached Justification and Approval document.
