is seeking prospective bidders to provide a submission for to supply and delivery of art and/or early education supplies on an “as and when requested” standing agreement basis , as further described in Part 2 –The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”). Annual purchases of art and early education learning materials and teaching resources for the four (4) School Boards from September 2022 to August 2023 was in the region of $1,000,000 - with participation from approximately three hundred and twenty (320) sites with approximately 150,000 students. This amount is not representative of any guaranteed future volume of business and is provided for information only. The payment for the goods provided under the contract shall be based on the actual quantity of goods ordered and received, pursuant to the contract.
