This requirement is for the Replacement of Air Conditioner at Building 315 Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The work includes to provide an efficient Direct Expansion-Air Cooled Screw Chiller System similar to existing to the existing chiller and a new control system capable to control and monitor the existing air handling units (AHU).This requirement is issued as 100% Small Business HUBZone Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 238220 w ith a size standard of $15,000,000.00.The resulting contract w ill be a Firm Fixed Price.
