Improvements include but are not limited to furnishing and installing of new signal poles and foundations, vehicle heads, pull boxes, traffic signal conduit, conductors and cable, sidewalk and curb ramp restoration and construction, loop detection, relocation of existing traffic signal equipment, and all work, materials and equipment required to provide operation as shown on the Plan and these Specifications. Work also includes potholing for the new traffic signal pole foundations. All required forms and sections of the Bid must be submitted via PlanetBids. Bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid.
