O.C.G.A. 43-14. Contractor must be a qualified natural gas contractor under the laws of the State of Georgia and must comply with any Federal, State, and Municipal guidelines and regulations. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the Fort Valley Utility Commission, Gas Department, during regular business hours.
