using equity, diversity and inclusion lens and workplace psychological health and safety lens.Determine if additional policies are required to supplement this policy, including Anti Racism and Anti Hate Policies.The Contract with the Successful Bidder will be for a 1 year term, starting on or about Monday, April 3, 2023 and ending on Sunday, March 31, 2024. All work detailed in the Statement of Work must be completed within three (3) months from start date of contract. The contract term is up to one year in the event that additional work related to this project is required by the City. Other similar work, if approved in writing by the City, may also be conducted under the contract. Unit Prices shall remain firm for the one-year contract term.The City's approximate budget for this project is $75,000.00 (taxes excluded).Refer to the 'Bidder Information Package' for more information on this project.
