Added:Aug 06, 2019 11:20 amThe US Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:Health Insurance for Locally Engaged staff US Embassy Windhoek, NamibiaThe requirement is for the provision of health insurance services to the locally employed employees. The estimated number of employees is 150 with their dependents.The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years, if exercised by the Government.The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on FedBizOpps and US Embassy Windhoek website late August 2019.
