Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont Commission on Women (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND WORK-RELATED DISCRIMINATION PUBLIC EDUCATION AND Develop OUTREACH CAMPAIGN.Vendor shall develop the content strategy and create graphics for a one-point web presence, to be built by State of Vermont employees using the SOV content management system.
