This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number is W912TF-22-Q-0035 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, a small business size standard of $35.0M.  This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 29 June 2022, 4:00PM. Eastern Time.
Place of Performance to be based on awarded quote. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.The New Hampshire National Guard requires conference space, meals, and childcare as follows:CLIN 0001 Conference Space & Registration Area          (QTY= 1 JOB)  The contractor shall provide a registration area with four (4) function rooms in the same vicinity, to include all furniture and amenities, as described in paragraphs 5.1 through 5.2.4 of the PWS.   The period of performance shall be 6-7 August 2022.    (NOTE:  the registration area plus four conference rooms, on both days, equals 1 Job) CLIN 0002 Conference Space Audio Visual Equipment     (QTY= 1 JOB)  The contractor shall provide audio visual equipment for function rooms #1 and #4 as described paragraphs 5.2.1 and 5.2.4 of the PWS.  (NOTE:  Audio visual equipment for both rooms 6-7 August 2022 equals 1 Job)CLIN 0003 Meals    (QTY= 1 JOB)  The contractor shall provide buffet-style lunches, along with snacks (for children), and coffee/tea bar (for the conference rooms) on 6-7 August 2022 enough accommodate up to three hundred seventy five (375) adults and up to forty (40) children on those days.  Interested parties shall reference paragraphs 5.3 through 5.3.4 of the performance Work Statement (PWS) for a complete description of this requirement.    (NOTE:  the buffet-style meals, children snacks, and coffee/tea bar, on both days, equals 1 Job)CLIN 0004 Childcare     (QTY= 1 JOB) The contractor shall provide childcare services for up to forty (40) children on 6-7 August 2022 as described in paragraphs 5.5 through 5.5.12 of the performance work statement (PWS). (NOTE:  Childcare for up to forty (40) children, on both days, equals 1Job)CLIN 0005 Parking      (QTY= 1 JOB)  The contractor shall provide parking for up to two hundred fifty (250) attendee vehicles on 6-7 August 2022 as described in paragraph 5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS)(NOTE:  parking for up to 250 vehicles, on both days, equals 1 Job). Potential offers must submit documentation/literature that details how the intend to meet the requirements of each CLIN particular in regards to childcare where contractors must meet specific qualifications, standards and adhere to certain guidelines.  Interested parties should see “Instructions to Offers” in the Provisions and Clauses document for details on how to submit your quotes (IAW 52.212-1)Interested parties should also see “Evaluation factors” in the Provisions and Clauses document for a description on how the Government intends to evaluate your quotes (IAW FAR 52.212-2)Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days. All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 20 June 2022 to Alyssa Jackson at Alyssa.s.jackson7.mil@army.mil.
