Exchange Field Reconstruction

Invitation to BidTown of Madison, Connecticut are seeking SEALED Bids from interested firms to reconstruct the natural turf youth football field at Exchange Field located at 64 Surf Club Road Madison, Connecticut 06443. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on April 1, 2024 at the Board of Selectmen Office located at 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Town Campus Room A.The work to be performed for the project is a removal of the existing turf at the football and reconstruct the field with improved grading, new sod, improved soil conditions, and an upgraded irrigation system.All onsite work including demolition and installation will happen between May 1, 2024 and August 1, 2021. All work is to be done under Prevailing Wage, Bid bonds and Performance bonds are required, as specified within.
