RIC-TR336-2.21 (Tucker Rd) Bridge Replacement The project RIC-TR336-2.21 consists of a bridge replacement with prestressed concrete box beams on reinforced concrete capped pile abutments on Tucker Road in Monroe Township, Richland County, Ohio. ENCOURAGING DIVERSITY, GROWTH AND EQUITY (EDGE) REQUIREMENT. EDGE participation goals have been set on this project. The goal may be met if the Contractor is EDGE certified or by subcontracting to certified EDGE firms. EDGE certified firms are those who have been certified by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. If not EDGE certified, the Contractor must use its best efforts to solicit quotes from and to utilize EDGE subcontractors/suppliers on this project. EDGE Goal 5
