The County of Hawaii is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide conference facilities, h otel accommodations, and meals for the Statewide Traffic Safety Meeting. Location within the Waikoloa/South Kohala region. Vendors shall complete the pricing as requested below, complete and attach the Standard Signature Page, and attach their written proposal. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THROUGH PUBLIC PURCHASE: No oral interpretations of the IFB/RFQ will be made to any Bidder. All questions and any explanations must be requested in writing and directed to the Bid Contact specified in this solicitation. Oral explanations or instructions are not binding. Communications concerning this RFQ/IFB with other than the listed Bid Contact or Purchasing staff may cause the Bidder to be disqualified. Any information modifying a solicitation will be furnished to all Bidders by addendum.
