Biogas Chiller & Piping Upgrades Project Description :The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform required work involving the supply of all labour, equipment, materials and supervision as required to complete the Work of this Contract comprised of general construction required for the replacement of the biogas chiller system and digester gas room piping upgrades at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Note that the Work of this Contract has been broken down into two scopes. .1 Scope 1 is intended to proceed in 2023 once the successful bidder is selected. .2 Scope 2 will not proceed until funding is secured. ACRWC requests bidders provide budgetary pricing this scope. This pricing is for budget provisioning purposes only and will not be included in the Contract Price, nor be subject to the irrevocable bid period. Should the awarded contractor for scope 1 perform adequately and scope 2 funding be secured, ACRWC may issue a scope change to include scope
