Limited Sources Justification - MI Online

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) awarded the Motion Imagery (MI) Online task order (TO) - GS35F0037V_HM047621F0129 to Cubic Digital Intelligence, Inc. on 09/23/2021. The task order was supported by a Limited Sources Justification under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) which is attached to this notice.The total value of the task order including all options is $19,034,642. This task order ensures the continuous operation, maintenance and further development of the Motion Imagery (MI) Online Application. MI Online provides real-time Full Motion Video (FMV) dissemination through a suite of web-based applications. MI Online is a mission-critical dissemination service providing integration of data from multiple applications called Unified Video Dissemination Services (UVDS), sponsored by the Defense Information Systems Agency
