OLD MILL PARK RETAINING WALL PROJECT

The City of Roswell is seeking qualified contractors to assist the Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department for a slope stabilization/retaining wall project at Old Mill Park, 95 Mill St. Roswell, GA 30075. The selected contractor will review existing engineered geotechnical subsurface investigation in order to produce the following deliverables: site and demolition plan, required civil engineering, submitted permitting, and construction of retaining wall. The project site is located just above the Old Mill Machine Shop and Cover Bridge at Old Mill Park. The requested slope stabilization project is being constructed to eliminate any further erosion and failure of the existing earthen slope along the concrete drive/pathway and is roughly 170’ linear feet. This is categorized as a Design-Build Project.
Ninety (90) calendar days have been allotted for performance of construction. Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the RFP Documents. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful
