Please refer to the Request for Proposal for more details Other Details Questions sent directly to SEJPA staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online through the Q&A tab. The contractor must attach a PDF file(s) to the electronic bid submission containing all of the completed and signed documents. Upon selection and notification of award, Contractor will be required to submit a certificate of insurance and W-9. Notes The proposer is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic submission. SEJPA will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that proposal was submitted successfully. Transmission of proposal by any other means will not be accepted. Contractor shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the Bid Management System, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the contractor to successfully submit an electronic proposal shall be at the contractor’s sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted proposal.
