The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) intends to award a Purchase Order to VRC Companies, LLC, 13350 Old Lexington Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107, for offsite Data Tape Storage and Archiving including transport, storage and destruction which are installed at NIEHS, Research Triangle Park campus. The provided supplies and services are proprietary, and the services will be provided for the period of August 30, 2019 through August 29, 2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561990, with a small

The quoter will be evaluated using the criteria under FAR 52.212-2, “Evaluation--Commercial Items”. Noncompliance with the Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements may hamper the Government's ability to properly evaluate the quote and may result in elimination of the quote from further consideration for contract award. (2) The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to award with discussions. The quoter is encouraged to present their quote and prices in their initial quote submission.(3) These instructions prescribe the format for the quote and describe the approach for the development and presentation of quote data. These instructions are designed to ensure the submission of necessary information to provide for the understanding and comprehensive evaluation of quotes.
