Major Improvement Project at Fort Lauderdale International ATCT

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has the requirement for a major improvement project for the Fort Lauderdale International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS).

This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.
A virtual site visit is scheduled for July 15th, 2020 at 2:00pm EST. To attend the site visit please

submit your name, company, and contact information to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov no later than July 13th, 2020.
All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov. Questions are due no later than July 20th, 2020 at 1700 CST.
Proposals are due no later than September 4, 2020 at 1700 CST. Any proposal received after 1700 CST on September 4, 2020 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award.
To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website:
www.sam.gov.
To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
