Employee Engagement Platform

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of an employee engagement platform from Gallup as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. The engagement platform must: - Be easily implemented with current technology and employee data - Provide results sortable by geography, employee demographics, program discipline area and overall division - Allow comparison with similar organizations - Provide access to research based strategies for engagement growth - Allows for addition of questions added by OSU - Provides data visualization of results for employees, managers, and leaders - Provide data privacy and protection Gallup is the only organization with a fully robust employee engagement platform that has all the required functionality. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
