Furnish all materials, labor, andequipment to modify One (1) 2023 Ford TransitTall Roof,12 passenger Heavy Duty Extended Van to transport persons in wheelchairs. Modification to include:A) One (1) fully automatic BRAUN(or equivalent) Wheel Chair Lifts with manualback-up.B) Installation/mounting the lifts on the rearof the van to include a safety switch in the driver area to cut power to the lift controlswhen the door is closed, and permanentlymounting one set of lift controls inside ofthe rear door. Cable control box must besecured to avoid getting in the way of the lift or door operation.C) Leveling the floors from the back of thedriver's seat to the rear of the vehicles andinstalling rubber matting over the floor.D) Installation of support board under rubberpadding for ease of W/C manueverabilityE) Installation of at least three strap (type A)tracks providing for securement of at least two wheelchairs facing forward.F) Installation of two (1) sets of four (4) waysecurement kits (and lap belts. Q Straint Deluxe (Q 8100-AI-A) or equivalent.G) The two (2) smaller bench seats mustremain useable when not transportingpersons in wheelchairs. Seats must remaincapable of being removed by use of themanufacturer's quick disconnect method.H) Pamphlets on use of lift and securementkits plus a lift parts
