 The DLA-Aviation is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for 1 DMF 180 5 Axis, 1 DMF 180 5 Axis, 1 DMF 260 5 Axis, 1 DMF 360 5 Axis and 2 NVX 7000 3 Axis Machining Centers. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to Orvella.McWilliams@dla.mil  Responses should be not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10 inch pages with a font that is no smaller than 10 point as this is not a request for a proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor's capability to perform the requirement.  DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a sole source contract for 1 DMF 180 3 Axis, 1 DMF 180 5 Axis, 1 DMF 260 5 Axis, 1 DMF 360 5 Axis and 2 NVX 7000 3 Axis Machining Centers manufactured by DMG MORI and is seeking sources that can provide, install, and provide training on site and off site for the machines.
