Selection of Pre-qualified Contractors Status: Open RFI 238-18442-001-2 Virginia Museum of Fine Arts -200 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard Richmond, Virginia 23220 Closing On: 7/15/21 2:00 PM Time Left: 28 days The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is requesting information from Contractors with experience in waterproofing and repairs of concrete structures holding water and their connection to adjacent buildings. The Contractors showing the best qualifications will be selected as pre-qualified contractors and asked to bid on the following project............VMFA Reflecting Pond Repairs and Decking repairs. The scope includes repairs to the existing reflecting pool which is leaking into the lower levels of the adjacent building. It also includes the installation of new tilework and reinforcing & repairs to the existing wooden decks used for dining. Some mechanical work will be required for the sumo pump and vault. Please remember that this is a solicitation for qualifications that will be reviewed to select pre-qualified contractors to bid on the job described above.
