Description

Scope of Services
The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide for a comprehensive design, implementation, ongoing support for the existing public-facing website, www.saclibrary.org, intranet http://splat.saclibrary.org/ for staff, and mobile app (optional). The SPLA is accepting proposals for a three (3)-year contract with the possibility of two additional one (1)-year renewals if both parties agree, through May 31, 2027.

The Sacramento Public Library Authority has partnered with Bonfire Interactive, a new e-Procurement platform, to create a portal that will allow you to view all bid opportunities, receive notifications of bidding opportunities and submit bids to the Library electronically. Hardcopy proposals will no longer be accepted. To access the SPLA portal and view all active bids, please go to the link below.
