Vault Toilet Pumping Blanket Purchase Agreement

The object of this solicitation is to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vault toilet pumping services for the Salt Lake Ranger District, Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forest.  The Salt Lake Ranger District has reoccuring need at multiple locations for vault toilet pumping services. This agreement requires toilet pumping services including pumping, wash down, recharge, clean up, disinfect, disposal of waste product removed from the vault toilets, and adding of water following pumping and related work in compliance with terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions.  This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentials.  All equipment must meet or exceed applicable Utah DOT, OSHA, and safey requirements.  Work shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations and the specifications provided in the statement of work.  See attached.  Contact Information: Charlotte Vanderbilt, Phone 801-908-1901, Fax 801-908-1930, Email cvanderbilt@fs.fed.us Office Address :1749 W 500 S Salt Lake City UT 84104 Location: R-4 Utah Acquisition Support Center Set Aside:
