Lease Agreement ADA-90157 at Fairbanks International Airport

PUBLIC NOTICEPROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTThe Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend Land Lease Agreement ADA-90157 at Fairbanks International Airport.  The lessee is Stephen Cooper.  The agreement is in holdover, and the proposed amendment would extend the term of the lease by 4 years – through June 30, 2025.  This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. The annual rental is $576.00 is based on the current aviation rate of $0.12 per square foot per year. Written comments must be received by 5 p.m.,
