The City intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term with four (4), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, at the

sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. The City may consider a two (2) year term, with three (3), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, or three (3) year term, with two (2), one (1) year optional renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years at the sole discretion of the City in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
