Sources Sought - Internet Services Providers (Satellite or other)

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY.This is not a request for proposal. There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this SS, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The SS does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Proprietary information is not being requested and respondents shall refrain from providing proprietary in response to this SS. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government.The purpose of this SS is to create a Vendors List of Internet Services Providers (Satellite or other) that may be used by Buying Teams and Incident Management Teams to support Wildland Fire and All Hazard Incidents within Region 6 - Oregon and Washington. Vendors shall be registered in SAM.gov .The placement of any orders IS NOT GUARANTEED.Examples of the types of Services and Equipment are as

follows (and is not all inclusive):Ka Band or Ku Band Service, Technician Availability, Data Packages & Rates, and additional services and equipment that are commercially available. Note: Resources offered may be operated and subjected to extreme environmental and/or strenuous operating conditions which could include but is not limited to unimproved roads, steep, rocky, hilly terrain, dust, heat, and smoky conditions as many Fire Camps and All Hazard Incidents may be located in remote locations with no outside services available.Interested parties should include the following information in their response:1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address and DUNS number.2. Information concerning service(s) and equipment that is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information, delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc.3.
