THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.This sources sought notice is being used for market research purposes only to determine theavailability of interested and capable small businesses within the Small Business Association's 8(a)Program. The intent of this sources sought is to identify eligible 8(a) participants for a Firm-Fixed PriceIndefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Emergency Response Services at TyndallAFB, Florida 32403.The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing orsubmitting a response to this notice. The submission of this information is not to be construed as acommitment by the Government to procure any services, nor does the Government intend to award acontract on the basis of this request for information. The NAICS Code is 562910 (Exception 2) Emergency Remediation Services, with a size standard of 750 employees. The duration of the contractis anticipated to be for one

year (base) plus four option years. A response to this sources soughtsynopsis will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation. There is nosolicitation available at this time, with the tentative issue date to be determined. The Governmentintends to award one contract to satisfy this requirement. The Government will not reimburse thecontractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Anyinterested parties shall ensure they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Toregister and create an account in SAM, go to https://www.sam.gov or call 866-606-8220 8am - 8pm EDTfor assistance.Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). A final PWS will be issued at thetime of solicitation. The Government may not respond to or publish comments, resulting actions,changes, etc; however the draft PWS may or may not be revised. Potential offerors are cautioned thatproposals must be based on the actual RFP, once posted, and not posted draft documents.SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTSIt is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilitiesclearly and adequately. It is requested that interested small businesses submit a brief capabilitiesstatement (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstratingability to perform Emergency Response Services. This documentation shall address, as a minimum,the following: Company information: Company name; address, point of contact information to include:Name, email address and telephone number. Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification Systemcode (NAICS) 562910.The socioeconomic status of the company.A list of similar contracts (not to exceed 3) your company currently holds or has completed within the last three years.
