TheNAICS Code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is large business.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible sourcebelieving that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal,or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWARE-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 12:00 PM EST, 23June 2023.
