It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents and select a qualified firm to improve freight and goods movements in Southern Nevada area. In addition, RTC would like to develop a set of tools to identify potential improvements and to prioritize existing freight related projects.
